His music delivers a consistent dichotomy of opposing attributes. On one side, there’s a delicate aura of the precious, the beautiful, the pure.. the graceful. On the other end, there’s some definite angsty superlatives of sound, which one could use to describe the vibe. -Directness, defiance, & subversion all contrast and coexist with many of the kinder, softer modes and means of Mr. Scissors’s musical expressions.
